Ideal Group Interns

Today was a productive day for me. I came in and started filing for Yehya. After that, I did some tempscans for Gary , then started this General stores inventory list for him also. That was pretty much my assignment for the rest of today. The General stores inventory is a spreadsheet with about six thousand lines worth of information that I had to go through. Yes, you are assuming right that it was a lot of work, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish it all. But I proudly got a nice amount of work done. All the while, Dennis gave me a nice scowl for my C+ in math and helped me by giving me this website that could help me with math in the future. This was my day at Ideal, can't wait for next week!

Today I raced the clock and the clock won. Keli had me filling in a spreadsheet with information concerning airline companies and I was challenged to get up to two hundred by 4:00. Unfortunately, I didn’t make 200 but this assignment kept me busy all day thanks to Keli. That was pretty much all I did today.   Hopefully, next time I’ll win the race and beat the clock!

Today was great. I came in and started helping Linda on Payroll, handing them out and mailing them. When I finished I worked on PDPM and hard dollar and started seperating them and filed them. Then I filed new employee folders. When I was done Yesi made me do E-Verify and showed me how to put the info in the computer, print them, and file them in a folder. Lunch came and they brought pizza, and it was a good meal. When I finished Yesi, Linda and I went to get my glasses, it felt weird but I have to get used to it. On the way back we had to stop at Subway because Yesi and Linda were hungry. I came back and started to do my Geometry and Chemistry homework. I was done and I went downstairs to take a picture for the website, I went with Amanda and we started to talk about my grades and how to do a plan, so I can have good grades. I went upstairs and Yesi had me do folders for companies and filed them. JP

Today was a slow but peaceful day. I started by helping Sean enter some invoices into Mas. After I had finished, I went to go help Amanda with some posters that needed to be put into a frame. In the middle of framing the posters I went to lunch with Linda and Yesi to Roman Village. That was my first time eating Italian food which tasted great. When I returned from lunch marketing had me mail some post cards for them and after they took my picture for the online website. When I finished sending the mail I went to go talk to Amanda about my grades and how I can improve them. After our talk I had told myself I had to do better and so will. At the end it was a good day at Ideal. JOSE PEREZ

Today was fun. I started by helping Linda on PDPM that she needed to file, when I was done I started to seperate PDPM and hard dollar and file them. It was a lot to finish. Since I had an appointment for my eyes and to get new glasses which was fun because I was able to pick whatever I wanted. Then Yesi and I stopped in a fruit market and we were ate fruit cups. I think that was my lunch for today. When I came back I started to do my geometry homework, it took me all afternoon to finish, because I had four worksheets to finish. Then I headed downstairs to do a questionnaire. Overall, my day went great. Jp

Today was a very productive day. I started out by helping Sean with some invoices that need to be entered into the network. After I had finished his work I went to help Setech since they were behind on their filing. Then when I was done with the filing, I went to lunch with Amanda for my birthday and I had a good time. When I came back I did the mail and worked on some work for marketing making a list that was my day. JOSE PEREZ

Today was a very productive day. I began my day re-Scheduleing the safety meeting for next week. The guys out in the shop were really busy with a big project so the meeting had to be postponed. Amanda gave me two task to complete by the end on the day. I had to separate game tickets with parking passes and put them in an envelope and write down the game information. There were a lot of them. I completed both stacks of game tickets right before lunch. I spent my lunch hour helping Amanda out with some invitations, and I did a little bit of homework also. After lunch I began to look for a poster frame. It's taking me a bit of time to find it. I also had a little bit of help with my essay. Overall my day was very productive.

Today was crazy. To start off, I came in and did the temp scan and pay-pal order transfer for Gary. Right after that, some network in the computer decided that it didn't want to work so almost everybody wasn't able to use their computer for anything useful. I went to accounting to finish "un-filing" some papers for Jennifer, which consisted of me pulling papers out of their files. That was pretty much all she needed done from me. After that, with the computers down and all, any real work wasn't an option so I started on some of my homework. After lunch, Catherine gave me a few little assignments which involved, first, going through The Detroit Free Press and looking for anything that could be useful to us. Then, secondly, filling out this worksheet about myself. That was about it for today.

Today started out slow for me. I came in and immediately went to accounting, figuring that with all the filing that always needs to be done; I would have something to do. I was right. Yehya wasn't here again so I took over his desk while Jennifer and Keli gave me work to do. I was able to finish a lot of work today and am finishing my day creating background boards for Keli. That was pretty much it, see you Monday.

Today was great. I came in and started off by doing PDPM and hard dollar like I allways do. When I was finished I started to get copies for Yesi from the printer, it took me all morning. Then I started to file papers that I been working on this past week to finish. Lunch came and we went to Loue's and ate a cony hotdog which was a good meal. We came back and I started by doing my theology and geometry homework, it was a lot to do. I went downstairs to say hi to Frank and he was happy with my grades and is letting me work with Sean this weekend. I'm glad that I'm starting to work, and also getting glasses. Then I helped Yesi on making a W-2 folder for 2010. My day went great. JP

Today was a very busy day. I started out by entering some invoices for Sean. I then Filed some invoices for Setech which me took all morning. When lunch time came I had a lot of home work to do so I got started on it as soon as I could. At the end of lunch I finished all my homework and went back to work for Setech . When I was finished I went to go help marketing and that was my day. Jose Perez***

Today went by really fast. I started my day with one task in mind to finish and that was the red books. I first updated a work instruction document for the red books. Then I began to make changes on the red books. Amanda Kowalski had reviewed one and she made a lot of notes for me to change. It took over all my morning. I then had to check it with Jon Anglin on any last changes. There was only one small change, but I was able to change it quickly. During lunch I listened to music and did some homework. After lunch I took some of the red books to the guys out in the shop. I stapled presentations for Amanda and I continued to work on the work instructions. Overall I had a good productive day.

Today was a good day. I started off by doing PDPM and hard dollar folders and filed them in numerical order. When I was done Yesi made me mail envelopes and put the right address on them. When I was done I started to file PDPM and hard dollar again and put them in numerical order, It was a big pile of papers and of course I didn't finish it all. Lunch came and this time Yesi, Linda and I stayed at Ideal and ate some DiGorno. It was a good meal. Then I went to do my chemistry homework which I finished, and started to file again. Overall, my day went great. JP

Today was a very busy day for me. For the most part, I worked in the accounting office, mainly due to the fact that I didn't have a desk today. However, I did help Jennifer. I did a a lot of filing and then I tried something new by having to process invoices into the computer. I started an excel spreadsheet for Keli , in which I'm going to have to finish next week and started inventory for Gary, in which I also didn't finish. Apparently, my day as been filled with a lot of unfinished work.-_-.What can I say? Anyway, another day another dollar that I won't get to see. Until next week Ideal Group.

Today was a good day. I came into Ideaol and started helping Linda on some checks that she needed to hand out. I helped her and we finished. When I was done, Linda gave me PDPM and hard dollars papers to put them in numerical order It took me all morning to finish. Lunch came and Linda,Yesi,Sarah,Rana, and I went to a Arabic food which was a good meal. When we came back, I started to do my homework of Geometry. I finished and started to do the mail. When I was done I continued to do the PDPM and haed dollar papers which I didn't finish. Overall, my day went great. JP

Today was a busy day I had lots to do. I started out by helping Setech file some of their invoices. Afterwards I went to helped marketing make a list of parking locations. Then after I went to lunch and had a good time talking to Amanda. When lunch was over I went to go to help marketing hole punch some paper. That was my day. JOSE PEREZ

Today was a good day. I started off my day completing the red safety books. I reprinted pages and then I was asked to hand it to Jon for the last revision. I then entered contacts for Amanda and created event folders. With the event folder came a charge card authorization form that had to be filled out. After I completed that, I filed event folders in Amanda's desk. I went to lunch with Amanda, Sylvia, and Yvette. I had a great lunch conversation with them. After lunch I created a spread sheet with the 2012 Detroit Tigers home games. I also copied pictures into the marketing drive. My afternoon went by really fast. I completed all my task. Overall I had a very productive day.

Today was an interesting day. I Started by mailing a few checks out Sean. Afterwards I went to help marketing. I had to print out some labels for marketing and then stick them to a shelf in order. After I was done with that I went to go do the mail. Its Monday so like always the Amount   of mail was enormous and it took me and Edna about an hour to finish. After the we were done with the mail I went to lunch with Amanda   eat Thai which I never had before. It was great and I even got some to take home. When I got back I went to work for marketing on a list and that was my day. J.P***

Today's work load was ridiculously light and it made me extremely happy. Keli wasnt in to manage my work load, Even still, I remained an honest girl and asked for work around the office, so I was always busy. I filed for yehya and Jennifer, I filed practically everything I could. I helped Gary as always, did a little for Sean, and Catherine and even mailed something out for Melissa. that was pretty much it for today. see you next week.

Today was great. I started of by doing PDPM and hard dollar folders which took me half the morning. When I finished I had to help Linda to fax and scan some papers. It was a little tiring because I was back and forth. When I was finished Linda had me do a pile of papers that I had to highlight the job number on. Lunch came and Linda and I went to McDonalds to buy hamburgers, it was a great meal. When I came back I started to do my Geometry homework, it was a lot of work but I finished it. Then I continued doing the pile that Linda gave me. Overall, my day went great. JP
