Gregarious is to be SOCIABLE, which I need to work on because I am very shy and you can't be shy at the Ideal Group.  Anyways, my day went day went fine considering I am not in a very good mood... But you can't let that stop you from anything.
Well today I had a couple of task to do in the morning like, update a couple contacts, put the logo pictures in the folder for Amanda so she can have for the Dream Maker's Event, and make a couple packages. As usual after lunch I helped Edna and Sean with the mail. I aslo made some floders and learned a new task. I learned how to make the receipt paper to give to Sean, that was pretty easy. Now every Monday I have to ask Loren when he comes in if he has any receipts that I can put into the spreadsheet. Sylvia had me write a paper about my ideal day at work, home, and college so I did that. I actually wrote alot, which I didn't think I was going to do and I read it out loud to make sure it made sence. That technique really works, it helps you with any mistakes and errors. I just did it and found an error.
When your working time really goes by so fast you cannot believe it, I feel as if I just got here and it's already about to be four. Life as a working woman is very Awsome.! It keeps me focused, organized, and on top of my feet.

Ideal Surplus by Richard Zarate

  Yesterday Amanda told me that I was going to work at Ideal Surplus. When I got here, Amanda asked me to wait because Zack, Gary, and Chris were in a meeting. I sat down on my desk and worked on my PowerPoint and I read "Who Moved My Cheese." When I got to Surplus, Zack asked me to check inventory. I checked about 2 drawers of inventory and then it was time for lunch.    I went to Ideal Group for lunch, after lunch I went back to Surplus. I continued to check inventory for the rest of my day. I was working so much that I lost track of time. Zack told me that I could leave. I went back to Ideal Group and wrote my blog. My day was great.   Do I like working sitting down or constantly moving. I like working in a office setting but eventually you get tired and bored. I like to move around a lot when I work, I stay active and I don't get bored. Each of them has there pros and cons. I like both jobs equally.

Eighth Day at Ideal

Today was an extremely busy day for Sylvia. When she first got here she already had stuff she need to accomplish. Our meeting was cut short for the reason that there was another meeting going on at 9. I got assigned a few task in the morning. I had to call Crime Stoppers of Michigan and purchase to tickets for Frank and Laurie. Than I had to make two actions plans for myself. Lastly I had to call Abel to get informed on the manhole in the parking lot. Then I had lunch and during lunch I worked on my English paper that is due tomarrow. After lunch we had our monthly safety meeting. After that I worked on calendar appointments until it was time to leave. Diego Cruz

The three goals that I have set for myself for this week are I will try to complete all my work here at Ideal. The reason why is because I get lots of work and its hard to try and get all of it done but I'll try and finish it all before I leave work. My goal for this month is to get my grades up as high as possible because I want to go to a good college so I must have good grades. I'll will try to study more for tests because there are very important because it helps you raise your grade and if you don't do well you'll get a low grade. My goal for the year is to have a  GPA of a 3.0 or higher because it would really look good because its something I haven't accomplished yet. I will do this by asking teachers for extra help on things and studying each day for at least 30 minutes.
