The Ideal Group
            As the year comes close to an end many people tend to think of all the things they have done in the year, whether it be a wonderful blessing or a hard time. As the season should be filled with joy, the topic for this post will be about one blessing that will lead to many more in my future. The one of the major blessing I have had this year is my internship with Ideal Group. On the first day of work at Ideal, Osmara gave me a tour because I didn’t really know my way around the building at first. As the year progressed, I learned my way around, met many people and had to try and remember their names, even if I had to ask a couple times to clarify. I was able to learn many things from others as my responsibilities grew.

            Many people do not have the opportunities I have as an Ideal Intern and for that I am grateful because I know that everyone at Ideal wants nothing less than my very best. I know that the workers here mentor me and keep me on the right path to success. I am very grateful for everyone at both my school and at Ideal group for helping shape me into a good young man and making sure that I am prepared for the future.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Emily Barajas 9-26-17

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
