Ideal Monday

went by pretty fast. My day started with Sean giving me a few invoices to put in alphabetical order. Afterwards, he gave me the checks to pull, but I went to go get some coffee first. On my way to the kitchen, Amanda called me into her office and gave me some brownies that went well with my coffee. When I was finished with the checks I went to go help Setech  with things they needed help on.

                Kelly asked me to help with the filing so I helped file and then lunch time came, I was very hungry. I went on a business lunch with Amanda and Linzie with some gentleman from Honigman. We talked about Cristo Rey and how we can both get involve to help one another. After lunch, I went back to work and scanned a few PDF files for the rest of the day. Overall my day went great and can’t wait for school to be over to start working at Ideal during the summer.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
