The First Week of School
      The first week of school was a real life opener, because it showed me my expectations as a high school senior. Today is my first day of work, which is right after the first week of school. There are lots of things I need to do in order to be ready for college. I also need to focus on GM Cares Week, which is an event that Ideal helps GM with and I am a lead intern on the project.
            I need to keep my grades at an increasing rate and focus on possible colleges or universities. Some of my classes seem a little challenging, but I know I can do well in them if I try. I also have college readiness, which is a class focused on college applications and scholarships. I am already starting to apply for colleges and looking for scholarships.

            The first week of school has showed me that this school year will greatly impact my life. I will be learning and experiencing new things. I am confident I will do well in school, so I can be ready for college.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
