Driven is a magazine in which they acknowledge the people who have made an impact on the automotive industry and showed multicultural diversity. Frank and Jesse Venegas are featured in the magazine DRIVEN they are proclaimed as role models in the automotive industry. Frank expresses how he became an entrepreneur and his life before coming to Detroit

I actually learned a considerable amount of Frank’s life and his family like where he came from and his family and how he actually came to build the Ideal Group by buying a Cadillac. I know understand Frank and his ways more.

I like that the Ideal Group is like a family run business and how much they contribute. Linzie and Jesse are both a manager in making the Ideal Group work. I feel that it is very important to keep your family right by your side.
