 The first task I was given when I arrived this morning was to add support beams to a drawing. This helped me familiarize myself with Bluebeam Revu which provided me with precise measurements. I later printed out papers for an employee and labeled drawings for him. After lunch (ham and cheese sandwich) I scanned papers for another employee and  got to insert files into X Drive. I look forward to coming in to work tomorrow and expanding my comfortability in the workplace. I also look forward to assisting people tomorrow in their work and in the process learn more.

  Yesterday Amanda told me that I was going to work at Ideal Surplus. When I got here, Amanda asked me to wait because Zack, Gary, and Chris were in a meeting. I sat down on my desk and worked on my PowerPoint and I read "Who Moved My Cheese." When I got to Surplus, Zack asked me to check inventory. I checked about 2 drawers of inventory and then it was time for lunch.    I went to Ideal Group for lunch, after lunch I went back to Surplus. I continued to check inventory for the rest of my day. I was working so much that I lost track of time. Zack told me that I could leave. I went back to Ideal Group and wrote my blog. My day was great.   Do I like working sitting down or constantly moving. I like working in a office setting but eventually you get tired and bored. I like to move around a lot when I work, I stay active and I don't get bored. Each of them has there pros and cons. I like both jobs equally.

My Weekly Blog  Today at Ideal Group was great!. I updated Mr. Venegas Amazon list on the excel sheet. Later I helped Osmara Zarate laminate Emergency Plans; then I hung them around the building. Later I went to Carl Okalski to update all the drawings for the vendors. Once I was done with Carl Okalski I refunded a pair of glasses from Amazon.

Jacqueline Perez - GM Cares Week After Math /

Jacqueline Perez September 22, 2014 After math of GM Cares Week I had a great work day working alongside Sylvia today. I invested most of my time in the after math of GM Cares Week. In the morning I filed some pictures of GM Cares Week and I saw all the progress that was done to clean up Junction Street. I also worked on an Excel spreadsheet that consists of the people that volunteered and how many hours volunteered. I also added the materials that were used throughout the week. I am very happy to see the many different companies that came together to help out the neighborhood. When I had time I helped Theresa sort the mail and deliver it to their correspondents. Overall today was a very productive day.
