            Today has been a good day because I learned something new.  I worked with Kelly and Theresa a lot today. First, I filed paid invoices for Setech, which took me all morning. Next, I took lunch and ate a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a side of carrots. After lunch, I helped Theresa with sorting and distributing the mail. I also filed again for Setech in the afternoon. Lastly, I learned how send out collections letter for customers that had past due invoices. There were a lot but I didn’t mind because it was something I enjoyed. I recently received my report card and I got a 3.0 which is really good, but I hope to do better.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
