Productivity
I enjoyed coming to work today. I helped Sylvia and was able to catch up on tasks that I yet had to complete. I was able to finish up all the Thank You certificates for GM Cares Week stakeholders. I also cleaned and dusted the office towards the end of the day. I also did my slide for the exec meeting about GM Cares Week in the community. I also did some filing and got that completed today.
School is going really well. I have exams next week and my grades are currently all A’s. I have been studying for the exams all week and will continue to do so for the upcoming weekend.

I am happy with what I have done today and I can’t wait to come back and do more.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
