Vision
and Mission Statements
Vision
· Detroit Cristo Rey: Graduate
my senior year with a semester GPA of 4.1 and cumulative GPA of 3.9.
· College: Complete all
logistics, like housing and class planning, before June. Attend Loyola
University in the Fall of 2016 with the Cristo Rey Scholars Program award.
· Cadillac Urban Gardens: Represent
the garden when volunteers come as the volunteer coordinator and participate in
maintaining the garden.
· Scarcyny Park: Become more
involved with events in the park, and communicate with the coordinators there,
like Yesenia Ramos and Linda Rhodes.
· Family: Make time to hang out
with each sibling at least once a month before I leave to college in the
summer.
· Sports: Continue the
baseball season strong and encourage others in-game.
· Health: Exercise four out
of seven days of the week. Build a work-out schedule for the summer to maintain
fitness and diabetes.
· Green Paws: Receive saplings
for the raised beds in the Cristo Rey community garden. Plant in the beginning
of May. Buy materials for the future drip irrigation system and install by
June.
· National Honor Society: Have
a meeting talking about future leadership succession. Communicate to the group
the expectations and requirements for the members of 2017.
· GDYT: Represent the Ideal
Group, Cadillac Urban Gardens, and Detroit Cristo Rey as a leader and peer
other employees can refer to and ask questions for information and best
teachings.
