Another day at Ideal

Another day at Ideal where the day went by pretty fast. I started my day by filing for Ideal Setech.  There was a huge pile of invoices and it seem like it was going to take me a while, but I was finished in no time. Afterwards, Jennifer gave me an excel sheet with invoices that needed information to be attached. I looked it up on the SSQ site and it was fast and easy to process. After, Jennifer had me start pulling the prelim to get it started before I went to lunch.

When lunch came, I went to the fridge to get my food and came back to my desk to eat. I had the usual PB and J sandwich with some gold fish. I got a little thirsty and then went to get some water and on my way there I had little talk with Osmara about all the plants in the garden. Lunch was almost over so I decided to go back to work doing the prelim and that’s what I did for the rest of the day.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
