Ideal is Ideal

Today was a productive day at Ideal. I began my day with a cup of coffee and some chocolate. I was very hyper all morning with all the caffeine and sugar.  I walked to my desk and asked Sean if he had anything for me to work on. He said to start pulling checks and then mail them out. I am starting to get used to cutting checks, so it didn’t take me long to finish. Afterward, it was time for lunch and I went to the kitchen to get my bag of lunch and went to eat at my desk.
                At lunch, I looked at some sports news and was sad to see that David Beckham had retired. Since he was one of the best soccer players of all time. Besides the bad news, I was happy to hear that Osmara got accepted into Marygrove college and hopefully I will get accepted too. After lunch I went back to work and Sean had more work for me. I had to scan some papers and put them in folders in our documents. It was a short but time killing task. Before I knew it, it was time to go back to Cristo Rey.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
