Today was a very casual day. I completed a repetitive task that took up a large portion of my day, but the outcome was well worth the effort. 
The task can be described as matching shippers with invoices. I’ve done this multiple times in the past, but today’s set of invoices took longer than usual. The procedure for this task was simple. First, find the shipper with the corresponding invoice, then staple. Today’s set took longer because I was not as energized as usual. Next time, I will eat breakfast so my mind can stay active and awake, thus being ready for any situation or task Ideal Contracting throws at me.

Overall, I had fun talking with Maria today, and I enjoyed the company of my great boss, Yesenia.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
