            I did a lot of things today that I liked. I went around Detroit to local businesses with Rachel to pass out flyers. I also worked on the last DACA applications that need to be mailed. I also helped Sylvia with GM Cares Week PowerPoint because it needed some finishing touches.

            In the morning the first thing I did was write my thank you letters to Paul Blavin and the London’s, who came to visit last Monday and were very nice and helpful. I learned more about college and different colleges. I, then, began to work on the PowerPoint and editing some of the slides. After that I went out to lunch with Rachel Gutierrez and we ate tacos from Taco Veloz. After our lunch we went around Detroit to some local businesses to put up and pass out flyers for DIA Away. When I came back I worked on DACA and making sure people had all the signatures. I was very productive today and very proud of what I got done.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
