Today was a busy day. I cam in and started working on scanners like normally. After that Steve Pedley gave me a new assignment which was to look at the contract drawings and FabSuite and make sure that the revisions were up to date, then I combined the files and moved them to a different file. Then I helped Alex labeling the mailers and stamping them. Finally I finished the rest of the scanners.It was a busy day

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
