Today’s events were scattered.
I entered the office at the same time Amanda did. She sat at her desk and began working immediately. I was shocked on how fast she could get down to business, so I tried to do the same. I checked my email and began on the tasks Sylvia gave me.

I had to send a message out to the viewers of Cadillac Urban Gardens (CUGM), send emails for guest information, and send a message to Sarah Clark concerning the tomatoes at CUGM. First, I sent a message out to all the people I could describing the great tomatoes and peppers we have at the garden. I even included a tomato relish recipe.

Then I sent some emails to guests for the DHDC Gala. I had to retrieve some information of the guests that will be coming for logistical purposes. Once I sent those out, I moved onto the email for Sarah.

I sent an email to Sarah describing a certain task Sylvia wants completed. Sylvia knew the weather was becoming colder so she wanted the tomato plants to be taken out and removed of any tomatoes. She wanted the group LA SED to pick up any tomatoes we have so the produce can be delivered to some seniors.  I sent out the email, and I was ready for lunch.

After, I worked on some small tasks such as calendar meetings and replying to emails.

I completed my tasks and went home as is habitual.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
