            Today was a busy day at Ideal. I had a lot of work that Jennifer gave me, but I didn’t complain since I understand she needs help. It’s the beginning of the month and Kelly isn’t working with us at the moment so we are quite busy. The first thing I did was file paid invoices. It was quite funny because I’m short and I could barely reach the top drawer. Then I sorted out the mail for a little while. After that I accomplished some Ideal Setech billing and created some Chrysler invoices. Finally, I entered the invoices on MAS then I had to enter them on the Chrysler website.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
