FRIDAYS

Today was a long day at Ideal Group. I said good morning to Osmara and Sylvia and went to my desk. I got a cup of coffee to help me through the day and to get the system running. I headed upstairs but Tony wasn't at his desk so I went and talked to Chris.  He had me look for a few things in the shop and it made me remember about the summer since that was something I did.
I went to the shop and talked to a few of my friends and they asked when I was coming into work. I was telling them about how I was going to work this weekend so that everyone had work for me. After leaving the shop I went to the project managers office and told Chris everything was where it was suppose too be. I then went to print something’s for Tony and then went to lunch.

At lunch Osmara joined Jose and I and we had a quick chat. We were talking about school and the things we are doing when we get out of high school. I had a very good time and had a lot to say. After lunch, I went back to work and I had a few things to do. I got myself together and get all my work done. Overall my day went great.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
