            It has been a pretty busy day for me here at Ideal. I learned new things but didn’t get to interview anyone today since everyone was pretty busy. I had the privilege to help Teresa with mail today. I helped her fold papers, seal envelopes and use the mail machine. I liked it, it was easy.  I also worked with Jennifer today. I filed a little for Defiance in the morning and Warren in the afternoon. Then I did some Setech billing, and created invoices for Chrysler, for the Chrysler invoices I had to do them in their website. Apart from getting a paper cut it was a good day.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
