Today

Today was a very slow day. The day felt like it was taking forever to finish. I started my morning by saying hi to everyone in the Admin office and then headed upstairs. I asked for my tasks and got to them as soon as I could. I plotted out a few things and then went to convert some files to PDF’s. It took most of my morning but I was glad it was lunch time. For lunch Osmara, Alex, and I went to Panera and got some soup and sandwiches. I had a really good tuna salad sandwich and some chips. I was full and ready to go home but I had some work to do. When lunch came to an end I went back to my desk and checked my email. Since Tony wasn’t here I didn’t have many emails to check but still kept myself busy. I went down to the Accounting office for some work. I started to help Jennifer and Kelly with the Ideal Setech filing and there were a few to do. I missed being in that office since everyone is so fun and nice. In the other hand I did not miss the filing. I then went to make sure that all my work was finished and went back to my desk. Overall my day went great.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
