            So far today has been a very great day. I worked with Theresa and Kelly a lot and enjoyed a very healthy lunch. I began the day by filing, sorting and vouchering invoices for Setech. I also helped Theresa with preparing the past due customer account reports that she taught me how to do today. I also helped her check the Chrysler invoices and submitted them to the Chrysler website. I did something similar for Setech so it wasn’t very hard to figure that out.

I also received very good news from the Dollars for Scholars program. I raised the most money of any of the students. I feel very proud of myself and I’m very appreciative of those people that helped me reach a very high amount for the fundraiser.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
