Today at Ideal I started my day by checking my email and seeing if there was anything for me to start on before I headed upstairs. I had no new emails so I went to the project manager’s office and I asked the guys if they had anything for me to do. Steven gave me some POs to hand to Virginia to enter and I gave Burt the delivery papers to check when they had arrived. Afterwards I saw that Amanda was back and I was happy to see her since she was gone for a while.

                After I came back and there wasn’t anything for me to do so I went to the accounting office and I helped Ideal Setech since Kelly was not here today. When lunch came the guys I went out to eat and had a talk about me going to school and working during the summer. I had a lot of choices to think about and also what I wanted to do during the summer. When we came back I went to my desk to finish my work. When my day was coming to an end Amanda, being the helpful person that she is, got me registered for everything that I need to attend college. I am very excited but also scared. I can’t wait to see what school is going to be like.

Once I got to Ideal, I started to go to Steve and I grabbed a handful of Invoices which took me a while to do. After that Steve sent me some Picking sheets and it took me about a hour. Then Melanie gave me some Picking sheets to arrange also, after arranging I can put the numbers into Sugar and after finishing those I can put them in a separate room in case we ever need them.

Today was a busy/productive day. I started the morning by checking lots of papers and also checking if Alex had signed all of them so I can be able to file them. If Alex had not signed them, I had to give them to her. Afterwards, I had to file all the papers in the correct folders. After filing all of the papers, I had to put white out on some names that were on folders so Yuli can reuse them for something new. The rest of the day I was filling out birthday cards for October so they can be mailed. Last I took some of the cards and sealed them so they can be mailed.

Today I worked on the board making a Winter Memories for the Ideal works to put pictures of  their winter memories. I only worked on scans since Steve has a big stack of  scans that need to be done. Today was a pretty relaxed and productive day. I completed about 300 scans.
