Ideal Group Interns

Today was a good day. When I first got here I had to go through all my email and prepare a backlog. After that I went to Sylvia's office to show her my backlog and also to get all my task for the day. Today I got assigned to finish preparing the Safety meeting for next week, prepare the preventive maintenance sheet, travel information for Frank, and my weekly task's also. I finished everything today! Overall today was good and productive. Diego Cruz

JOSE PEREZ Today was ok it was not that boring.I started by doing some POs for Sean that were very easy to do.After,I went to marketing to enter  somethings into the the computer and when I finished I stayed there for lunch.At lunch I went on the internet like always and had a good time. When lunch was over I had to scan  papers for Sean that took me hours to finsh but I did it and now my back hurts but you have to get the job done.

Today was a great day. I started to file some folders when I was done I went to Yesi and helped her do some folders for new employees then Amanda came and ask me if I wanted to talk to her about some future things about professional ideas we are going to do over the few month and talk about with each person. I think is a good idea because you can experience more stuff. Then I had my lunch. After that  I helped Linda file some folders. My day whas busy but great. JP

Today was a great day. I started off my day filling up the literature cabinet. Then I inserted contacts into Amanda's email. I burned 10 CDs for a presentation. Then I completed a project for Sylvia. I had to look at reciepts and higlight important information. I also made and cut out labels for the guardrail literature. I inserted appointments into Frank's calender. I re-typed a letter for Amanda. After lunch, I went to take pictures with Keli. I was a model for a day (: When I came back, sent out literature and organized some things. My day was busy, but overall great, like always.

Today was a great day.I came in to Ideal and started on my task.I began to file some papers then I started to help Linda with her folders. When I finished I went down stairs to do the mail  I finished and went back upstairs. I went to Linda and helped Yesi  fold the checks. And that was my great day. JP

JOSE PEREZ Today was a good day its Valintines day.I started by fileing some papers but as soon as Sean got here I started on his PO,s.After I went to lunch in marketing and I had a good time.When the day was coming to an end the mail got here and it was a lot it took my a long time to finsh.After Frank called me into his office and we had a very good talk about my future which made me think about meany things but in the end my day went well.

JOSE PEREZ Today was ok and slow, well except for the fileing.I started by helping Sean with some POs.Then I started fileing for the day which wasn't that great but then it was lunch time.At lunch I had a good time with the girls.After I came back to do some mail and that was the whole day.

Osmara Zarate Today was a calm day. I started off my day working on POs and inserting them into sugar. I also had to put together literature. Throughout the day, I also did the mail. I finished inserting POs into sugar today. (:  I was glad I got that out the way. I'm ready for new tasks and new challenges when I return next week. :)

Today was a great day.I came in at Ideal Group and started on my task.Yesi wasn't there when I came in so I started to file some papers.Yesi came and I started to do some folders for new hires for Yesi I paused a minute and started going to my lunch.I finished and continued doing the folders.Later Edna called me to do the mailing I started it and finished it.Hopefully it was I wonderful day.

Today was a productive and busy day. I started out  my day preparing for our weekly admin meeting. During that meeting we discussed a variety of things. I also got my tasks for the day assigned. Then we got dismissed. Amanda and I had a brief discussion on how to get back on track. I believe the meeting was helpful. Then we had another meeting with Gonzalo discussing the dress for success clothes rack. From there we had a phone conference that dealt with the same issue. Then I had lunch. After lunch we had our Safety Meeting. Then I began with the mail. From there I completed all my tasks. Over all today was a great day! Diego Cruz

Osmara Zarate Today was a busy day. I started off my day insterting POs into sugar. Then I cut out posters, after cutting out posters, I continued working on POs. When I noticed, it was time for lunch. After lunch I updated the marketing board. Then the mail came in.There was alot of mail today so it took me a while to get done, as soon as I finished the mail, Amanda gave me a project to complete. I had to write "Record Project" on alot of drawings. There wasn't that many tasks today, but it did require alot of time to complete. My day went by really fast, but overall great.

JOSE PEREZ Today was a very slow day all I did was help file.I started by grabing the first box then kept going on to the rest.Then, in the afternoon I went to lunch in marketing which was the most fun I had all today.When I finshed I went back to do the filing and that was my day.

Osmara Zarate Today was an awsome day. I started off my day as usual entering PO's into their folders. Then they gave me new instructions for the PO's, I had to insert them into sugar as a link. At 11:00, Amanda took me out to U of M Dearborn for a campus tour. We had lunch before the tour, which was delicious! During the campus tour, I got to see many things. I was able to see an actual classroom with students in them. I'm not much of a big school girl type so getting to see a college that was small was good. I'm looking foward to going back for a full campus tour! Overall my day went by great.
