Ideal Group Interns

What a day. I helped Gary alot and of course did some work for keli. I worked on the computer all day and was able to go out with Keli, Amanada, Brian, and Kara to this Mexican restaurant for lunch. The  food was fantastic. I helped Edna out with the mail of course, and suprisingly ending my day with no work. Sweet sweet success!

Today was a good day. I started by helping Linda on some payroll checks that she supposedly had to do yesterday, we were on a hurry but we finished it all on time. When I was finished I went to Rana so I could help her do some mail she needed to send. I went to luch and came back went to Edna to help her on the mail. Then I went upstairs and did my homework for a little while. I'm a little nervous today because I have a soccer game today at 5 vs CCA but I think my team got this. Overall my day went great. JP

Today was a very calm day because I barley did anything.I started out by checking my to do list and I had to help Gary. On my way to Gary I found out that we had over 400 invoices to enter so I decided to do that first . In the middle of the day I went to lunch and had a good time. After I went back to work and that was my day. JOSE PEREZ**

Today was a very long day, it feels as if five o'clock will never come and this is why, in the morning I finished mailing off the Gala invites that took no more than thirty minutes. After that Iput more contacts in Sylvia's Outlook and helped Edna with the mail. At lunch time I went to my mom's to eat some Chef Boy R'd's alphabet noodles. When I came I just did little task, and I did not finish them so I will be doing that Thursay morning.

Basically I haev been making packeges and mailing them off, I did help Edna with the mail that's going smoother. I'm really starting to become a pro at this lable making, at first I couldn't figure it out but now i'm a lable queen, don't quote me on that. My day could have gone better if my mom was at home when I went to lunch so she could of cooked me something instead of eating soup. Other than that my day went fine and productive, i'm learning many things that I will use in the future. For example, im learning basic work skills as well as team skills.

Today my day went by fast. I came to Ideal and started to do some filing for Linda, then when I finished I started to to help Rana on some folders she needed me to work on which was something new for me. Then I went to help Yesi on some papers that she wanted me to check. When I was finished with the work I went to lunch with Linda and ate some Mcdonalds. Later on I went to do the mail with Edna and we finished. Overall my day went great.

Well, today Keli  had loads of work for me. I worked a lot on the computer in excel and made binders for D.e.n.n.i.s. Too bad I didn't get a chance at the most fun thing here and go and file with Yehya. But I did get to go out for lunch with Keli. Today though I learned how to have patience with myself because sitting all day working on something for a long time requires patience in  which I'm learning to have. Anyways I finished almost everything that I was asked to,which was a success and even helped Edna with the mail again.Which is helping me learn my way around.But today was great!

Today, the most fun I learned was how to face paint and how it feels to be at work rushing all day long. Today we were setting up for the GM event so everyone was running around rushing back and forth and dragging me with them. But my accomplishment of today was that I lasted until 7. But today was really fun after all the running around anyways. There was a marachie band, food, and dancing. I even got to ride in one of the cars. Yes, ride and not drive! I got slicked into an interview, but the journalist was cool too. I just had loads of fun. But by the end of the day I was ready for sleep!

Today was my first day at Ideal and  I believe it was a very successful day for me. I learned how to file which was easier than I thought and had more practice using excel on microsoft. One goal I accomplished was that I started to actually remember a few of my co-workers name. Overall though my day was a success. I learned how to organize the mailing system with Edna and filed and organised some papers for Yehya and of course did a lot of searching on the computer for my supervisor, Keli. I was nervous at first but by the end of the day I felt I was officially an Ideal Group worker.

Today was my 3rd day of Ideal Group. My day went by helping Rana on making some folders for her. Then I filed some folders from Linda and Rana. Then I had lunch and ate some pizza which was good and then we were celebrating Tom's birthday which was fun. Later I went downstairs to do the mail with Edna I finished it and went upstairs to do my task. But I'm pretty excited because they going to give me an iPad. Overall my day went great. JP

Today was a good and busy day. I had a lot to do on my task list. I started by coming in and doing some filing for Setech and then I fixed all the errors in my journal. After I entered POs for Sean and had to file them where they belonged. Then when I was done with Sean, Gary gave me something to do and I was happy to help.After helping Gary I went to lunch and soon after did the mail.When the mail was done I went back to work and that was my day. Today was a very busy day, I had many task and learned many new task. I learned how to add appointments and scan pictures/flyers to add to the appointment. I'm starting to get the hang of the mail and being able to sort it out. Even though this is only my 2nd week I feel like I have been learning a lot. Overall today was a very fast past day. My day could have went better if..... I almost forgot I had signed up for my college classes yesturday. They said they would send me a letter in the mail about what I would have to do next, so i'm excited about that. Other than that my day's at work have been going fine.

My new task for yesturday was how to put in reciets into the computer and also file, it was a little tricky at first but I got the job done. Itwould have been a better day if I had just a little more work to do. I enjoy doing task because it keeps me occupied as well aas the time flies by. Overall yesturday was a good day and I got a lot of work done.

Today was a good day. I started off my day making event folders. Then I worked on my safety meeting things. I printed out everything that was necessary for the meeting. I stapled the packets together and was set for the meeting before lunch. I went to lunch a little early so that Amanda and I could go get a coffee at Starbucks. When I got back I set up the conference room and got things ready for the safety meeting. It was a real quick meeting since many of the attendees were really busy this afternoon. It was a great meeting overall. Diego really taught me alot! I miss him also very much here. In the afternoon helped Amanda with Tiger tickets and made a check request form. Today started off slow, after lunch time that's when I started really working. I accomplished a lot today. I even signed up for college classes. Well off till tomorrow.

Today was a very busy day I started out by filing some files in the accounting office then I had to do pay roll. Which took me a little while to finsh but I got it done before lunch then after I went to lunch. At lunch I had hot dogs that were left over from friday. After lunch I had a meeting with Sean about things I can improve on and I need help in. Today was a mediocre day. JOSE PEREZ***

Today was fun. I did some new things by helping Ranna making some folders but I pretty much worked on it all day to finishing it. I was tired though because yesturday, I played my soccer game. We lost but we did a pretty job, even though it was raining and cold we did our best. Then I went down stairs to help Edna to do the mail. But I had some good lunch, I had sloppy Joes.  Also, I'm excited to come tomorrow for the GM Ride & Drive . Overall my day went great. JP

Today was a very short day for me because I will be leaving at 12, but tomorrow I will be here from 8- whenever they need me. Overall today I was just getting things together for the Ride & Drive event, now i'm heading home and resting so I can be prepared for a busy day.

Today went by very fast it felt like I was only here for 3 hours must be becuase I have my first game of soccer today and I am a little nerves about it. Today was a good day because I didnt have that much hard work. Most of the day I entered invoices  but it was quick and easy, over all today was a good day. JOSE PEREZ**

Today I basically helped Gary and Sylvia with some task, I did not finish all of Sylvia's task but I will for sure on Thursday. Also I just found out I will be helping with the event on Friday can't wait for that. Hope everything goes well, till Thursday.

I started off my day entering contacts into Amanda's and Sylvia's Outlook. Then I printed out literature. I also ran an errand to Detroit Cristo Rey and picked up literature request. I then updated the Safety meeting file with the walk thrus. I trained Linda on how to make event folders and how to print out labels. Amanda also took me to Cafe con Leche. My day went by pretty fast. Overall had a great day! I am excited to come to the Ride & Drive on Friday! Osmara Zarate

Since today was my first day at Ideal I learned many things, but the one thing that stuck with me at this job is that you can't be shy or even hate people because everyone is so close here. The goal that I have accomplished today is breaking my fear of talking to people, here you can't be shy because everyone talkes to you. Overall today I just met people, went on a tour walk around the building, and had a meeting at DTE. So far I liked my first day it was very productive and enjoyable.

I started of my day entering contacts into sugar. It was a very long task because first, I had to search the name of the person and if they weren't on surplus I had to create a new contact. There was a lot to it and it took over my Monday. Throughout the day I did help Edna with the mail and tutored Linda, who is our new intern. My day was good overall. I'll be back tomorrow! Today was my first day in Ideal Group and 2nd year in Ideal. i feel proud of working in Ideal group n work with them again. Today what i did was to help Linda on some papers then i work with rena wich she made me to mail some envelopes i did. I went to lunch and then i went to work again. Overall my day went grate. JP

Today was my first day back at Ideal.I had lots of fun and learned new things like the place I was working this year. I got to know that I was able to transfer into a new department of Ideal or I can stay at Setech. Also I had a busy day with all the things I had to do and the objectives I had to finish. Over all the day went great. JOSE PEREZ

My first day as a senior at Ideal Group was really busy. I started of my day making an excel sheet for Amanda that she needed for the GM Ride & Drive. Then I sent Laurie Frank's calendars. I also sent out a potluck reminder. I also made an inventory on food utensils. I learned how to set up an event on someones elses calendar. It was really helpful. My day overall was really busy. We had a lot of mail so it took away all of my afternoon. My goal for next week is to make my cover sheet for the Journal. Overall I had a great day here at Ideal.
