Ideal Group Interns

Today was a slow day at work. I first filed a few paper work and then looked into the terminated I-9 files and had to take a lot of peoples paper out so I can put it in the current I-9 cabinet. This took all day since there was lots of papers to go through.

Today I had a pretty busy day. I started off my day by working on scans that I didn't finish last Tuesday and then Steve gave me some invoices to do before lunch. After lunch I mailed out the invoices and Tera gave me more scans to work on. I finished me day by doing most of Tera's scans. Overall, today was a good and productive day.

My Weekly Blog Today and yesterday were a great day. Today I continued on five different postcards that I  didn't finished yesterday. With the help of my classmate Eric Perez, we finished it all fast and mailed them.Once we were done we went with Alex Santori in building B to take out  papers that were about facilities and covers etc. We stacked the papers in two different piles. One had the phone number of ideal and the other did not have Ideal's number.Once we had done stacking the papers, we headed  back to the building and then I continued an excel list where Iizabeth left off which I finished at the end. Next I put more postcards which later on I mailed them. I put more funds to the mailing machine. Once I was done with all of the mailings, I did an excel list which was for REI coop which I didn't finish but hope to finish it next week.

    Eric Perez     Today I went to help Steve to do some scans, and I mailed invoices. Then I helped my classmate Daniel Hernandez with mailing some postcards. After that I went with to building B with Daniel and Alex to move papers and stuff to another place that look more nicer. After lunch I did more scans with Steve and when I was finished with that I went to help Alex again to putt papers in the order that she told me to put it in folders.  

Today I filed invoices, made labels, and put up flyers around the A building. Osmara, Pat, and I then headed over to building B to clean up the old Ideal offices. Once we came back, the Admin office had lunch together to celebrate Admin Day. Lastly, I mailed out invoices and put up more flyers.Overall my day went by fast.

Today like usual I started off by working on Invoices and mailed them out after I finished mailing the invoices Steve gave me scans to work on and Tera also gave me scans to work on after I finished with Steve's work. Today I also went to go cut some flowers with Steve from the Scarcyny garden. Overall today was a good day.

Today was a very productive day at work. I began my morning by helping Paty put instructions and other papers in binders. This didn't take too long and when I finished I continued to work on separating the terminated employees from the current employees, which I finally finished after almost a month of working on it since there was lots of files to go through. In the afternoon I filed I-9's and garnishments in Yesi's office. Lastly I also created labels for folders that needed it.

Today like any other day I started of my day with scans. After I finished with the scans I mailed out invoices but since there was just a few of them I finished fast and for the rest of the day I worked on scans. I worked on scans for the majority of my day but I still had a good day.

Today I started my day by filling and shredded  invoices. I also mailed out some more invoices and did some scans for Steve. I called Crain's Detroit Business to cancel an extra subscription we had, and made signs for the interns board and the entrance.  For the rest of the afternoon I helped take care of the door.

My Weekly  Blog Today was an amazing day. I started my day by continuing an excel list that I didn't finished last week but I successfully  finished it all. Another task I was assigned to do was to continue another excel list that I've been working on for the past couple of weeks  which was for  Bilco. At the end I couldn't finish it all because it's a long list but hope I finish with it soon. 

  Eric Perez       Today I began my day in helping my supervisor Osmara with putting flyers around building A and B. I mailed invoices for Steve in the morning. Also I did some scans for Steve that they had to be in their same folder that had their same sales order number. I went upstairs to help Contracting with filing papers, and putting them in the same folder that had the same job number.

My Weekly Blog  Today was an excellent day. Today I had to do three postcard stacks of mailers of each that were to keep facilities safe and also different designs for bollards.Once I had finished all of the postcards I sent them out.Another task that I was given was to type an excel list which was Southern Carlson locations which I had finished. Also I feel bad for pointing at Steve Snyder as the weakest but it was a joke hope he took it as a joke but overall my day was great.

            Eric Perez     Today I began my day in working on, helping Steve with mailing some invoices. I take care of the door for a little bit. I helped Rosie to put some flyers up in building A.  I went to Marketing to make 50 folders for Ideal Shield from the sample folder that Alex left there. She left it there for me because she wanted the folders to be the same. I made a excel list of all the Carroll Construction Supply companies in the United States. After lunch I went upstairs to help Ashley to file some folders in the same place were they had the same number as the folder.  Later I went to Theresa to help her to mail more invoices. At the end of the day I went to Steve one more time to help him to do some scans. 

Today like any other day I worked on scans the whole day. Scans are boring but they kept be busy the whole day which make it a productive day. Overall, today was a good day.

Today I worked on the same thing I have been working on since last week which is organizing the current employees cabinet. This takes a long time since I have to check off if all the current employees files are in the cabinet and also move the terminated employees to the separate cabinet. In the afternoon however, I was in training for an hour where I learned different way people can get hacked and how I can prevent it to happening to me. When I finished I continued to work on the cabinets.
