Ideal Group Interns

Today was a very confusing day because of all the things going around it started when I woke up to get ready at 6:30am but it started to rain so they told me to come in at 8am so I slept in even longer. After I was ready to go I came in and started to go see if Ideal Setech need help but they didn't so I went to go help Spencer. When I was finished with Spencers things I changed to go help out the community garden. At the garden i helped to lay out some cement for a floor to put the picnic tables on. After I had pizza for lunch and had a fue jokes with the guys. After I helped to lay out the path way to the flower side of the garden. Then came back to Ideal and that was my day. JOSE PEREZ**

Today was a busy day, it felt as if though the hours werent enough. I had a lot of project dealing with the community garden. My first project included creating an invitation for the community garden. Then I had to write a response letter in Spanish. Also I had to call people and ask them to please give me there addresses. I think it helped me because I practiced with my spannish. I also got a new soccer ball with soccer warmups thanks to Mr. Grant. I enjoyed the day. I did a lot of running around the office, but it was a great day overall.

Today was my first day working with Osmara at IdeAl without Diego which was every different because we always had a good time. Besides fileing all day I had a good time it's started when I went to lunch with must of the girls at Ideal I ha a good tme and a good lunch as well . I had fun talking to Osmara and everyone else about our work. After lunch I went to go help Spencer with some work.After I was done I went home and that was my day. JOSE PERE**

Today was a very hard day for because I was always doing something and I never got a breack. At first I filed then went to work up stairs. Up stairs Spencer gave me somethings to do and I was busy all day then I went to lunch. After lunch went back to work and that was my day. JOSE PEREZ**

Today at Ideal it felt weird knowing it was my last day of employment. I started my day oof today with the usual. I began to read my emails. Then Amanda sent me off to marketing and I got assigned a project that took me all day to finish. I had my lunch with my coworkers here which was great! Right after we began the mail. After the mail we finished the newsletters. Then I finished my day training Osmara with the safety metrics and that finalized my day at Ideal. Overall i had a great day! I will miss everyone!

I started of my Thursday morning updating contacts. Then I passed around a good-bye card to everyone so that they could sign it. Today was also Diego's last day. I practically spent my day with him. We worked on sending out newsletters out to GM contacts. Then lunch came by, and Jose joined us. We ordered in Jets pizza. We all ate together and shared our last day with Diego. After lunch we worked on the mail then continued don with the newsletters. Hilary helped us all afternoon. We had a good time. I am going to miss my best friend Diego. Its sad to know that he won't came back. I learned a lot from him these past couple of weeks and I will continue to learn after he leaves. My day was great overall.

Today was a good day at work. I started off my day updating cc. Then I made an event folder for Frank's trip. After I finished I completed some homework. I then printed out neccesary papers for the safety meeting. I ate lunch here at Ideal, and then went out to get a coffee with Amanda. I came back to the safety meeting, and it went well. I had a couple of errors, I learned from them. My day was actually really great. I had a good day and I will continue to learn here at Ideal.

As always in the morning when I came in I started by fieling.Then after went to go help Miguel move some boxes for Ideal Setech.after I went to lunch with Diego and had good time talking about things.When lunch was over me and Diego started the mail because it was a lot and it took time to finsh then after helped people up stairs and that was my day. Today i started off my day as usual. I began with my daily emails. Then after that i began to work on updating the GM contacts for Sylvia. That took most of my morning. Then i helped Jose do some filing and then it was lunch time. Then after lunch me and Jose started the mail. Then for the rest of the day we worked in contracting! Over all my day was excellent!

My day started off differently than usual. I help Amanda Kowalski in the morning sending out dental healthcare cards. It required some time since I had to insert them in envelopes and pasted the label on them and lastly stamp them, but I was able to finish them all. Then, I helpEd Sean in Accounting. I matched invoices to checks. It took all morning to finish those two task. Then I went to lunch with Amanda and Keli. In the afternoon I helped Edna with the mail, then I updated the safety meeting file. After that I continued on a couple of research projects. My day was good overall. Friday, July 8, 2011

Today was a very busy day I had to do a lot of work.I started by helping Spencer after I finished I help Ideal Setech with some work. After I went to to lunch and I had a good time.I started to do the mail rite after with Osmara and Diego and then did a little bet of work on the computer and that was my day.

Today at Ideal I started of my day differently. I first began to work with this project for Spencer. It took longer than we expected, but at the end we finished and learned a bit more. Then Osmara and I began to work on the safety. We did the preventative maintenance and then the walkthrough. We also updated the minutes and finalized everything for Osmara to be set and ready for Tuesay. Then we had lunch. After lunch began the mail. After the mail we began to work on Osmara's bucket list. Then I made some folders. Finally I inserted things for Yessie on the garden folder and folded shirts. Overall my day was great.

I started off my day entering contacts into my supervisors email. Then I made a couple of event folders for Amanda. Then I went inside to the conference room and continued the training with Diego. I then went out to the shop and did the preventative maintenance. Lunch came by soon and after lunch I worked on my bucket list. I added all my task in it. Then I folded shirts for the Ideal Shield workers. After that I made an event folder for Amanda again.

Today was a great day! I worked in three departments today. I started off my day like usual checking my emails and backlog. I finished updating the magazine folder. Then I went off to work with the Marketing department sorting flyers and sending them. Then I worked on putting labels on things a sending those off. Then I helped Jose fle alot of stuff. After lunch Jose and me began the mail. After the mail was done, I went to work with Yessie for the remainder of the day. I helped her file, scan, copy, and sort all her checks, and stuff them and finally send them off. Over all my day was cool, and productive! Diego Cruz

Today was a very long day I had a lot to do. I started by doing my daily filling and then went to work on the computer.after I was done I went to lunch and had a goose time. After I went to file again but this time I took Diego to help after we finished I went to work for Spencer and that was my day.

Today was a slow day. I started off my day writing my back log. The first task that had to be completed was binding presentations. They still had to get reviewed one last time so, I wasn't able to get started on them right of way. I worked on scheduling Franks flight. Then I asked Keli for the presentations and printed them. By that time it was lunch. After lunch I helped Edna with the mail. There was a lot of mail, so it took a long time. Andrea soon came and she tutored me. Then I continued binding the presentations. I completed the task, then I continued on my tutoring with Diego. Osmara Zarate

Today was a good day at Ideal. I started off my day as usual we checking my email. Then i wrote my backlog. After that i started my tasks. The first thing i started on was he Osmara with travel. Then we had our weekly meeting. After that I began calling the magazines. Then we had lunch. After lunch I had my tutorting session. Then afted that the mail. Then i filed some event folders. After that i finshed off calling the magaines then it was time to go. Overall today was awsome! Diego Cruz
