Ideal Group Interns

Today was a busy and productive day here at Ideal. I started my day preparing my back log. Then I set up the conference room for our weekly meetings. Freddy and I got assigned our tasks for the the day. After the meeting I began with finalizing the Safety books. Then I did the preventive maintenance with Daryl Palms and updated the safety sheet. I sent off Laurie's calendar. I did some scanning for Loren. Then I had lunch. After lunch Freddy, Edna, and I did the mail. Then I finished preparing the safety file for the meeting. I also emptyed out Freddy's old desk from all the files. Then I worked for Erica going through magazines. Overall my day was great! Diego Cruz

Today was a great day here at Ideal! I started off my day with going to my backlog and bucket list. Then I went  to talk to Sylvia about the Red books that needed to be updated. Then Sylvia asked to sit in that room with them in the intern desk. Then I got three tasks from Sylvia. Then Amanda explained the updates on the bucket lists. After that I started updating the books and sent off Laurie's calendars. Then I went to DHDC with Linzie and Amanda to see their computer lab for this event that Ideal is hosting. Then Linzie took us out to lunch at this middle eastern restaurant which was delicious! Thanks Linzie:]! After that we came back and I worked on a power point presentation. Lastly I worked on the mail which took up a lot of Edna's and my time. Overall today was a very busy and good day! Diego Cruz

JOSE PEREZ Today was a long day because it was very boring because all I did was file.It started when I worked for the new work personal and I had to file for four diffrent companys.After that I went to lunch at sean desk because his on vication .Soon after I went back to work on fileing and that was my day.

Toady was a good day. I started off my day gathering literature for Amanda and Erica. Then Andrea wanted me to get literature for her. I had to gather 200 cut sheets of the handrail system both plastic and steel, and bumper post sleeve. There weren't enough dealer cut sheets so Keli had to order some. Then, I started on a project for Amanda. I had to enter GM contacts into sugar. I also went to lunch with Amanda :) Overall my day was great!

Today was a great day at Ideal. When I first came here, I heard Freddy wasn't going to be here in the morning so we left off the meeting till he got here. So while we waited I gathered some information for Sylvia regarding the SSI form. Then Freddy got here and we had our weekly meeting. I got assigned two big tasks and two minor ones. Then an hour later we had a meeting with Ninfa, and I got to listen and also went to lunch with them. After lunch when I got back I continued working on the Safety and got to update two books. Overall today was busy and fun. Diego Cruz

JOSE PEREZ Today was a good day.I started by doing a short task for Amanda then I started working for Sean by looking at some of the fileing. It took me a long time so I went to lunch  which was very fun .When I came back I did the mail and a little work for Amanda and that was my long day.

Today was a busy day. I started my morning working on an inventory spreadsheet. I had to go out to the trailer and fix it up a little and check how much literature was left. When I came back I worked on the Clothing Rack. Since there is new clothes, I had to write down new information. After lunch, I entered contacts into Amanda's e-mail and helped out Edna with the mail. Overall my day was great.

Today was an ok day. Yesi didnt come so I started to file some papers when I was finish I begin to do something from Linda left to do. When I was finish I went to lunch to eat and then I continue the work I was working at. Then I helped patti with some folders she needed after that I begin to stuff some checka. And that was my day. Today was pretty busy at Ideal. Today when I first came in neither Amanda or Sylvia were here, but Sylvia left instructions to start our weekly meeting without them. Freddy and I began the meeting we discussed our backlogs, and soon after Sylvia arrived. Then she gave us our tasks for the day. Freddy and  I began the day with helping Rachael and Sylvia pack up their office into bankers boxes. Then I worked on safety stuff, and then I did some hospitality work for Amanda back in the trailer. Then I had my lunch with Sylvia and Sean. Then I began the mail with Edna, after that I did some magazine subscriptions, and more hospitality work. I also did some credit card authorizations, and calendar work. Overall I had a pretty busy day today! Diego Cruz

Toady was a good day. I started off my day working on a project for Bob. I had to log in to sugar and add contacts. Then I finished some uncompleted work just before lunch. After lunch I helped Edna complete the mail. There was a lot of mail, so it took me longer then usual. Virginia asked me to help her hang up frames. They re-painted the walls, so all of the frames had to come off. I finished just before I had to leave. Overall my day was good, as usual. Osmara Zarate

JOSE PEREZ Today was ok its went by quick but it was normal only thing diffreant is that I didnt go to marketing at all and it wasnt a good thing .So I started by doing some POs for Sean which took me a little while and then I posted them and then I went to lunch.At lunch I ate at Seans desk which was pretty good and after I went back to mail and that was my day.

Today was a good day. I started of getting literature together, then I met the new marketing member, Erica. I didn't have a desk or a computer for part of the morning. I was looking for tasks to do that did not involve a computer. I helped Sean match checks with POs. Then I helped Keli Zuniga mail out POs. I signed into citrix in Frank's office, and started working on some unfinished tasks from last week. After lunch I finished the mail and finished some guardrail literature. I also started on creating a spread sheet. I'll be finishing it on Monday. Overall my day was good :)

Today was a great day. I started by filling some papers when I finished I went to Linda to make some folders. When I finished helping Linda I went to help Rene it was good working with her because she was teaching me new things that she has been working at. Then I stopped by Subway for lunch with Linda:) I came back and continued working with Rene. My day went great. JP

Today went by real fast. Today was day number two at a different desk, I sat in the conference room today. I wrote my backlog, and after that we had our weekly admin meeting. I got assigned some safety stuff that involved Preventive Safety. I had to get Abel's approval for the sheet,and I also got the safety walk-through's shortly after that and filled in the sheet. Then I printed out all the safety sheets for the safety meeting. Then I had my lunch. Right after lunch we began with our safety meeting. The meeting was good and we got two new items. Then I helped Sylvia pack up some boxes. Then Freddy and I began the mail. After that I helped Amanda make some books. Overall today was a great day here at Ideal. Diego Cruz

Today was a interesting day here at Ideal. Today we welcomed a new Ideal Employee, and she now sits in the Marketing office. So Sylvia asked me if I wanted to be the big dog and sit at Franks office. After I settled in I began to prepare my backlog. After that I went to Sylvia and got assigned my remaining tasks for today. I got assigned a new Safety project and I began with collecting data. Afterwards I had to make an excel sheet representing all the data. Then I worked on my weekly safety stuff, like updating the priorities, and the file itself. Then Sylvia asked me if I wanted some Yessi's birthday cake, Happy B-day Yessi! Then I had my lunch. Immediately after Edna and I began with mail which almost took all of the afternoon. Lastly I did some admin for Sylvia. Overall today was a great day at Ideal.

Today was a fun day. I strated off by helping Linda with some folders and had me fax and scan some papers for her. When I finished with them I went to get some cake from the kitchen because today was Yesi's birthday:). Then I staterd helping Yesi by making some new folders for new employees then I stopped by to lunch and Dan tooked me to BK. And that was my good day.

Today at Ideal, I started off helping Virginia setting up the new kitchen. Then Sylvia gave me a project to do for Loren. It required me to print out emails with thier attachments, put them in a binder and put them in date order. After I was done with that, I printed out packets that included information for the DCRHS Garden Party.  The mail came in little after lunch was over. When I completed the mail, I started on a project for Dennis. My day was very good overall. :) Osmara Zarate

Today was a good day because it passed by fast also because it wasn't that boring.It all started when I entered some POs into the computer at a new desk. After that I went to lunch in marketing and had a good time . Then I did the mail and when I finshed I worked on my cover page and that was my day. JOSE PEREZ

Today was great. First I came in and started to help Linda with some folders then she had me fax and scan some papers which was fun. Then I went to lunch with Yesi and Linda to a restaurant it was fun. Then I was back and started to staff some checks. And that was my good day. JP

Today was fun. First I started to file some folders like always when I finished I went to Linda to help her file some folders and put them on the cabinets. When I finished I stopped and went to lunch which Yessi brought some Subway:). I finished my lunch and continue my task I needed to finish. That was my good day. JP
