Ideal Group Interns

My Weekly Blog  Today was a busy day. Today I worked on finishing the schools mailers but I didn't finish them all because one I ran out of big envelopes two I ran out of the sign base systems papers. The second thing I did was to label the small envelopes with addresses for Costco and then I stuff them with documents which were column wrap and fold them, and once I finish all of that I went to Osmara   and she told me to ask one of the workers if they need help and they said they didn't have anything else so I went back to Osmara and then she said to do my weekly blog and so now were here wrapping it up with a good bye and see mostly all of you next week.

              Eric Perez 2-28-19       Today I began my day in making some flyers about the two gardens that Ideal has. To find some volunteers to take care of the two gardens. Then I went upstairs to help Ashley with filing papers in folders that has the same name, and job number. Later when I came back, I went with Steve, and I mail some invoices for him.   Then I went with Brandi to help her to do some scans. At the end of the day I cleaned a part of Frank's shelf. 

Today, I updated the company folders with the new Group Scoop. I filed invoices for Sylvia and put labels on mailers. The Admin team went to lunch with the SDEV team to discuss plans for the garden this year. Then I created a list of addresses for the mailers. Lastly, I made a flyer for a robotics competition event.

Today I worked on a few invoices and when I finished the invoices I proceeded to work on scans for the rest of the day. Today was pretty boring but I managed to finish the work that I was given.

Today was a really busy day even though I only did two different things. I first created folders for employees so I can be able to file the papers away. This took all morning since I had to check first if there was already folders for them. In the afternoon I filed miscellaneous papers away as well. 

              Eric Perez  2-21-19       Today was a nice and relaxing but productive day at the Ideal Group. First I did the mailer that Alexandra Santori left me on the desk with an example to help me with. Later I mail some invoices for Ideal Shield. Then after lunch I did a bunch of postcards, and when I was finish with it, I send them out. Then at the end of the day I finished two Excel lists. The first one was about the American Fence Companies that were in the United States. The second Excel List was about the Kenworth trucks companies that were also in the United States, but in this Excel my classmate Daniel Hernandez and I helped each other to finish this quickly. Overall I liked this day because it was busy with all the day       

My Weekly Blog Today was so busy.Today I worked on cutting out of postage stickers and then pasting it on the envelopes and once I was finish with that I worked stuffing documents in the envelopes   that were for the stadiums once I had finished them I mailed them and then work on an excel list which was Northwest pump, it was short so I finish it all and then email Alex Santori and ask is there something else she needed and then she send me another website that was called kenworth she said that I was gonna do 25 sates in the United States and that the other 25 was for my friend Eric Perez So we worked on it and finish all of the excel.

Today was a good day. I worked on invoices and scans like every time I come to work.

          Eric Perez 2-14-19       Today was a normal and productive day of work.   I began my day by making some folders for Ideal Shield that are for the people to look at. Then I went to help Steve to send out some invoices. After when I was finish with the invoices, Osmara came to me and to my classmate Daniel Hernandez, to tell us that they needed help upstairs from us, to set up the event of  "Build your own Valentine!" by putting the stuff on the tables for the people to enjoy. After helping upstairs I came back to my workplace, to finish a mailing list for the southernselfstorege locations in the United States. The two things that I did before doing my blog is mail some postcards of the Rural King locations, and clean Mr. Venegas' shelf and the stuff that were on the shelf. 

My Weekly Blog Today was a busy day because me and Eric Perez helped on the valentines setup and once we were finish with all I did 50 folders and later on I did an excel list that was for North America.Once I was finish with the excel list I continue on stuffing documents inside the envelopes that were to protect students, my friend Eric Perez helped me we ran out of one paper so I email Alex Santori of what to do so she said to prep the left over papers but not to glue the envelopes so then once I finish the envelopes I worked on another excel list, I ask Asheley for help for the zip codes because some were confusing and at the end I finish it all and i'm proud what I did today.

Today was my first day back after all my days off due to the weather. I started off alphabetizing invoices. For the rest of the morning,  I helped Alex create mailing list. Later I filed the invoices I had organized for Sylvia. Overall my day went my really fast.

My weekly blog  Today was a busy because the computer was so slow that it wouldn't let me login to outlook or excel so then I went to Osmara  and then she called Awecomm and then fix the computer and then I got to work which was what Alex Santori had sent me was a list of address and phone number and much more that I had to put on the excel list.Once I had finish all of the excel list I helped my friend Eric Perez on the big envelopes by stuffing them with documents that were for Michigan's schools that were for the safety of the students.I didn't finish them all but I did a lot of it.

Eric Perez 2/7/19  Today I finally came to work today, after a week off of school. Today I finished two assignments for Alex Santori. First I finished the Excel list of  all the Americold companies that were around the world. Then after I finished the Excel list, and then  I helped my friend Daniel Hernandez to mail some envelopes that were for the High Schools in Michigan.

Today all I worked on were scans and invoices. It was a pretty boring day but overall it was good.

Today was a really busy day yet also a very productive day for me. Since I was in Mexico for two weeks, I missed two work days. All day I was filing and making folders for new employees. I also filed invoices as well. Although I only filed today I accomplished a lot.
