Ideal Group Interns

Today was a good and productive day at Ideal! As soon as  I came in Sylvia had an email ready for me with a good list of tasks. I started off with printing off some severe weather sheets that I distributed around the building today. I continued to work on the community garden project and updated the sheet a bit. Then I continued to work on safety with the notes. Then I took my lunch. After lunch I continued immediately with putting together packets for Sylvia that were mailed out today. Then Edna and I started the mail which took us quite some time. Then Sylvia and I had discussion about my performance review. Overall today was a great day!

Today was a good day I had many things to do.I started like always fileing some paid POs and then after helped Sean.After I went to lunch in accounting and it went well. Then I had to do a little project for Sylvia and that was my day.

Today I continued putting labels on the postcards that I didn't finish on Monday. Then I continued working on the top 500 manufacturing spread sheet for most of my morning. In the afternoon, channel 7 came and did a report on Amanda and me. They focused on the school and what Detroit Cristo Rey is about, they also wanted to come to one of the sponsors and film them. I'm glad it was us. (: When they left, I went into the conference room and talked with Amanda about the ipad. She assigned me some h.w., but I'm looking foward to it. My day went overall great. Today I did alot of things. I started my day making labels out of the 500 manufacturing spreadsheet. Then I went to lunch with Amanda, Linzie, and Andrea. After lunch, I stamped the postcards and then helped Edna with the mail. I then updated the white board and then talked with Amanda about the i-pad and the apps i enjoyed. My day overall was good. Today was a great day. I started off by helping Linda by puting some papers in order that she needed to have that took half of my time but I finshed it. Then since Yessi wasn't here she left me some task she gave me which I finished too. Then I and Linda went to McDonald to have lunch which was great. Then I helped Linda with the payrolling. And that was my day overall. JP

Today at work I was kept busy! When I got here Sylvia immediately assigned me some work. I had to email/call Sharla for an event Loren is attending. Then I gathered some information for a special red safety book I'm preparing for Linda. Then I entered calendar events and contacts. Then it was lunch time. After lunch Edna and I began the mail. Afterwards I continued on Sylvia's work. I also did a charge card and event folders.I worked on some excels spread sheets for the remainder of the day and labels.Overall my day was great! Diego Cruz

    Today was a great day it went by fast.I started by fileing which was surpriasingly easy and quick to finsh. After I had finshed I went to Amanda to do a cool project.Before I had time to being Amanda as the good girl she is afford to take me to lunch and we did and we had a great time.When we came back I finshed to project and went on to do the mail and that was my day. Toady was just an awesome day. I started off my day working on the top 500 company spread sheet. I work through it almost all morning. Then Amanda came in and I started entering contacts into her email. After that, I binded presentations for Sylvia. Amanda and Keli took me out to lunch also. In the afternoon, I went up stairs to talk to Yesi. My day went great overall. Osmara Zarate

Well today was a busy day. I had to catch up with my blogs which I didn't do for the past 5 weeks because yessi had been keeping me busy and because (Amanda told me too and make a long peragraph!). I been helping yessi with payroll and helping Linda with tasks she had given me. I also helped them start the new garden at Merritt and Junction Streets. Today was a good day I start by putting in order some papers which took most of my day then I start helping Rana do some folders. I finished and Yessi and I went to Wayne State to get a book and then we went to eat lunch wich was good. And that was my great day.

Today at Ideal we covered a lot of stuff. I came in and immediately started working. I worked on some contacts that Sylvia assigned me. Then I cleaned my desk off a little. Then I worked on some flight information and entering it on to the calendar. Then I had my lunch. After lunch I began the mail with Edna. Then I had my orientation with Yessie. After that I made some calls for potential sponsors for the Garden Party. Overall my day was busy and good! Diego Cruz

JOSE PEREZ Today was a good and bad day.It was good becaue it was fun and i had pizza for lunch ,it was bad because it was Freddys last day at ideal.I wish him good luck in the future and hope he has a good time.So over all today was good and hope next fiday is the same.

Today was a busy day at Ideal! I started off my day helping Kelly with some MMSDC stuff. Than I went back to the Ideal Surplus building to get stuff also ready! After that I prepared some stuff for Safety. Then I had lunch. After that we went to Cobo Hall. Then we started setting up the tables for the event. Today was a great day at Ideal I did alot of work on the web. After that I collected Loren's receipts.Then I worked on Sylvia's stuff. Overall my day was productive. Diego Cruz

Today was an ok day it was just normal. I started like always by filing some paper and I was surprised to finsh quickly. After I helped Sean with some POs and then did some work in the computer and went to lunch.When lunch was over I went back to work for the rest of the day.

     Toady at Ideal Group I started off working on the top 500 manufacturing companies spreadsheet. Since there are many tabs within the excel sheet, it took a long time to finish. I completed 3 today. There is still alot to go. I went to lunch with Keli. After lunch I helped Edna and Freddy with the mail. I continued working on the spread all day. My day went good overall. Today was a good day here at Ideal. I came in as usual and prepared my back log and the agenda. Then we had our meeting. We were missing a team member because Sylvia wasn't here but Amanda gave me all my tasks for today. After the meeting I began with sorting and cleaning out the contacts for the newsletter. That took up much of my morning then I did Hospitality. Then I had my lunch. After lunch I did some folders for Amanda. Then I helped Edna with the mail. After that I made some work instructions that were missing. Then I did some marketing work for Erica setting up social media accounts for Ideal Shield. Overall my day was fun and productive! JOSE PEREZ Today was a good day because I did not do the same thing over and over .I started by coming in and thinking that I had to file all day but in the end I just had to do two huge stacks .So after, I was done I had to work with Sean on POs and a little later went to lunch with Amanda and Keli and had a wonderful time and hope I get to do it again soon .At the end of the day I went back to do POs and that was my day.
