Ideal Group Interns

JOSE PEREZ Today was an ok day but I filed to much that mt head hurts.I also did do anything that seemed like fun except go to a meeting.After, the meeting I went to lunch and went back to do my filing.

     Today at Ideal Group I started off sending out a mailer. Then I continued working on the top 500 manufacturing company spread sheet. I went to lunch with Keli, Amanda, and Linzie. After lunch, I kept working on the spread sheet. I then started on other tasks. I sent out a second mailer for Amanda. Then the mail came in and I help Freddy with it. After the mail, I gathered brochures for Ideal Group's companies. My day went great, as usual! (: Osmara Zarate

Today my day felt more like a monday since I was still on vacation yesterday. Today when I came in I worked with Erica putting stamps on postcards and mailing them off. After that we had our weekly meeting and I got a few tasks. I sent off Laurie's calendars. Then I helped Freddy with the hospitality. Then I put flyers around the building for Amanda. Then Rachael and I had a workshop which was great! Than I had lunch. After lunch I worked on the mail. And I waited for Amanda to return because I couldnt find a document. Once she got here we found it and I continued working on the Garden Party Letter. Overall my day at Ideal was great! Diego Cruz

Today was a smooth day at Ideal. I started off as usual. I got my back log ready, and went in our weekly meeting. Today I worked on safety and updating the file for the next meeting and then I updated our weekly agenda for our next meeting. Then I worked on my hospitality closet which really needed organization! Then I had lunch. After lunch I helped Erica go to the trailer for inventory, and Freddy helped me with the mail. After that I did a check request form and the rest of the time I worked on a letter for Loren to send out to potential sponsors for the Detroit Cristo Rey Garden Party. Diego Cruz

Today was a good day I had fun because I went to different places not just one spot.At first i started filing. Then after I went to Dans office to have a talk and he gave me a little project .After I had done i went with Yessi to drop off some books and she was nice in of to buy me ice cream. JOSE PEREZ

Today was a busy day at Ideal Group. I started off my day completing a mailer for Amanda. Then Erica gave me a mailer to send out. I had to send out bumper post sleeves. Then I started on a new project. I had to look up companys headquarters and put them into a spread sheet. I went to lunch with Amanda :) After lunch I worked on a flyer for Ideal Group. It took me all afternoon, but I finished. Overall my day was great! OsmaraZarate

Today at Ideal I started off my day with the usual, I prepared  my back log. Then we had our weekly meeting. I got assigned a few tasks. I had to order waters, I had to check the hospitality list. I had to distribute some tigers tickets. Then I worked on my safety stuff. Preparing for the meeting, updating my walk thrus that Abel got me. Then I had lunch with Freddy. Then we had our safety meeting. Then I worked on the mail. After Freddy and I attended a Professional Development meeting with Dan Kovoch. Lastly I wrote down a few questions for Yessi for our next mentoring session. Overall my day here awesome! Diego Cruz

I started off my day organizing some literature requests and searching P.O.s for Keli in sugar. Then Keli gave me a project to complete. I had to make a spread sheet and include the top 100 greenest companies in U.S. I had to search up their headquarter contact information and try to find their facility maintnance manager. After lunch I helped Edna with the mail. There was alot of mail, so it took me a while to complete. When I finished, I worked on a project for Erica, I had to send out emails requesting updated information. Overall my day was good. Osmara Zarate

JOSE PEREZ Today was like any other day I started by helping out the new company.Then I filed some invoices for a few hours and had a little quite time.After, I went to lunch in accounting and went on the internet.After I did mail and that was my day.

Toady at Ideal Group I started off my day gathering some literature. There wasn't many dealer cut sheet so most of my literature request had to be put on hold. I worked on a project for Keli. I had to google leads and get their information. I had lunch with Amanda and we discussed my appplication for MSU AIMS-B program. We read my essays together and she helped me correct some errors in them. After lunch I completed the mail with Freddy and Edna. We finished early since we did teamwork. Amanda gave me the opportunity to work on my essays at work. I was finished with my morning task so I was glad to work on them. Today was a good day overall. Osmara Zarate

Today was a good day. I started to do some filing like always when I was done I started to help Linda with some folders it was a long day but I finshed. Then I went down to do the mail with Edna which was fun and when I finshed I went to lunch. When i was finished with lunch I started to stuff some checks. And that was my day. JP

JOSE PEREZ Today was a very slow day I started by working for setech and I did not stop working for them till the end of the day.It was very easy work but it took a long time.So after finshing some work I went to lunch for an hour and had a great time and then went back to work for the rest of the day.
