Ideal Group Interns

Today I prepared Ideal Shield folders with many different cut sheets. As I prepared the envelopes, I would need to print more sheets depending on which type would run out. I then prepared envelopes to be sent out. Overall I mainly sent out and prepared mailers.

Today I mainly stuffed and mailed envelopes. I mailed over 1,000 envelopes to businesses that are going to attend a trade show. I lastly laminated posters for Alex.

Today I started my day by asking Ava for help, because my computer was not working. Once I got into it, I started working on a new mailing list on Excel. I took a break and sent out customized mailers. I then went with Pat and Osmara to get lunch . Lastly, I continued to work on the Excel mailing list.

Today I mainly worked on excel mailing spreadsheets. I finished a list from last week, witch included more than 600 addresses. I took a break of the spreadsheets, and laminated posters. Afterwards started on another worksheet.

Today I continued working on the excel mailing list from last week. I then cut out cards for Alex. The first set of cards were Ideal Shield business cards, and second set were informational cards for the The Kiefer Foundation. Overall today my day went by pretty quick. 

This week I worked on mailing lists. First I sent 2 lists of mailers. I then started putting papers in envelopes for the next list. Lastly this week I created an excel sheet with a new list of mailing addresses.

Today I organized boxes of pictures. I separated them by categories of company job, event, and  products. Since Alex is working on a special project for the companies 40 years, I am going through and organizing all the pictures.

Today, I began my day by making minions with Yumeri. The whole morning we made in total 20 minions with the Ideal Shield Bollards. For lunch we went upstairs for the Movember contest. After I was completely done, I made an excel sheet with addresses.

Today, I worked with Yumeri the whole morning. We continued to make booklets and laminate posters. In the afternoon, I sent out mailers and invoices. Then, I sorted through old company pictures. Overall, today my day went by pretty fast because I learned new things as I sorted through the pictures.

Today was a pretty bust day. I worked with Yumeri to make booklets and laminate posters. I then labeled and mailed invoices and booklets. I also helped Steve input order numbers onto an excel sheet, and lastly sent out more mailers. Overall today went by pretty quick, because I was working with another person in the morning.

Today, I worked on going through photos and organizing them by category. I also made an excel list with the names of things that were on Frank's desk. For the items on his desk, I made labels, wrapped, and placed them in a box. Overall my day went by fast and easy because I just had to organize things.

Today, I mostly worked on an archive project. I first made an excel list of all the awards that the company has received. I bubble wrapped, packaged,  labeled, and placed the awards into a specific box. I also sent mailers out, but overall, today my day was easy. .

Today I started working on an excel list, made labels, and sent out mailers. I went upstairs to file some papers. After, I organized a drawer and created folders/labels. Overall today was a good day.

Today I worked on mailers and archives. First I created mailing lists and labels for three different companies. I sent out the mailers and then, started on the archive project. For the archive project, I went through boxes of papers and organized them by category. Once they were organized, I made labels and folders for those items. As I was working on the archive project I learned more things about the company. Overall, today was a productive day.

Today I got to work on an mailing list on excel. Once I finished, I created labels/mailers. I got to mail most of them today, but I did not get to finish because the excel sheet was over 1000 rows long. Overall today was a good day.

Today was a pretty normal day. First, I worked on creating mailer list, mailing invoices, and printing labels. Later in the afternoon, Osmara and I went on a adventure to get smoothies for Loren. After, I helped set up for meetings and continued on the excel list.Overall today was a pretty good day!

Today was a pretty busy day because of GM Cares Week. My project was at Holy Redeemer and Cristo Rey. We  planted plants, weeded gardens, and fixed pathways. Most of the time I helped where ever they needed help. But overall made sure everyone had water.

Today I started working on finishing the excel list from Tuesday. I made sponsor posters, took a picture for the interns board, and mailed mailers. Overall my day was pretty good, because I seen my picture is going to be in the Detroiter Magazine!

Today I worked on an excel list. For that, I had to google search each item. So, I didn't get to complete a long list, as I usually do. I did complete as much as I could, while helping Admin with the door. Overall, today went by pretty fast.

Today was my first school work day of my Junior year! I started my day by finishing scans. Then stuffed, labeled, and sent out Ideal Shield mailers to different sports teams. I also had the opportunity to be in an interview with Frank for the Detroiter Magazine. We went outside to show them the gardens and took lots of pictures. Overall, today I had an enjoyable first day!
