Ideal Group Interns

I started off my day entering contacts for Sylvia. I then began on quite a big project for Amanda. The project involved making an excel sheet and entering contacts onto it. I knew that it was going to take pretty much the whole day, but luckily I had other small quick tasks throughout my day. I framed two certificates for Frank, created event folders for Amanda and printed out emails for Sylvia. I also learned how to categorize contacts. I was able to finish my big task, and complete all my small ones. Overall had a great day!

Today was a  good day I started out by mailing out some checks for Sean. After mailing was finished, I went back to Sean to work on some invoices that need to be entered and that took all morning. When lunch came I went to eat in the conference room and I had a good time. Then the mail got here and afterwards I worked on the mail then went to work for Amanda and that was my day. Jose Perez

Today was a very simple day and it went by pretty fast. I did some work for Gary. Then once I finished all that he could give me, I recieved some work from Keli to make a spreadsheet, and that is pretty much what I ended my day doing. But for the most exciting part of my day, I recieved my iPad. I was so overjoyed because I had been waiting for the longest but with patience comes great rewards. Anyhow, I had a little chat with Frank about my report card because I recieved 2nd honors. But other than that I was able to relax and enjoy my work. That was about it for my day. I had a successful, professional and fun filled day.

The day when they told I was going to visit Google and the Tigers I couldn't believe it, once they told me I was excited about it. We went to Osmara's house and waited until Linze picked us up. We had a good talk on our way and she told us where we were going to eat and it was a famous restaurant. I had a feeling it would be good! We got there and had different food than I normally do. The guys making sandwiches showed us what they had and choose what we wanted. We got our table and had some good sodas in different flavors, it was cool! We finished eating and Linze bought Jose Perez, Osmara and I  some Italian ice cream which was good. We also had the chance to eat some brownies that were so good! We got there early and and we had the chance to meet Mike Miller, he looked like a cool and fun guy. Today was a very busy day. I started out by working for Sean, he gave me a huge pile of invoices and I knew it was going to take me all morning so I worked on that until lunch came. After lunch I went to look for work and Melissa had something for me to do I helped her enter the sales information in a excel sheet. The mail came after helping Melissa so I worked on that. Then when I finished with the mail, I went back to helping Sean and that was my day. Jose Perez**

Knowing we were going on a long trip to Ann Arbor made me think that we were going to a serious place. When they had told me we were going to Google I got excited because I had never been to a such huge corporation before. I was excited and a little bit nervous but I was also very hungry and was happy that Linzie said we were going to lunch. When we arrived to Zingerman's I was a little bit worried because it was not a place I usual eat at but at the end I had a great time and had a huge BLT. After lunch we finally went to Google and we got a tour from Chris and I got to see how people at Google work. It was an awesome experience! They even had their own food and places to hang out and garage doors in the building. At Google we got to see how they worked on computer to communicate with each other and to use web cams instead on email to make things fast. Tuesday Today started off well. I continued working on my magazine subscriptions, and I completed them all by noon. I was very proud of myself. I also re-organized my desk and cleared it up a little. in the afternoon, Amanda and Sylvia went to an executive meeting, so I was all by myself in the office. I was left with a couple of task to complete. My first task was to make an excel sheet and insert check data. Then I was to write my Google experience. Third, Sylvia gave me a research to do on a company for Loren. I completed all my task today, I had a very productive afternoon.
