Ideal Group Interns

Osmara Zarate Today was a good day. I started off my day sending out 120 postcards to fire departments in California. Then I finished the project I had to do for Linzie. After lunch, I finished the 100 Convenience Store spread sheet. I also learned how to change the color of an eye in photoshop. My day was good overall.

What i did today.  I made a a binder and put all the employee 1-9 forms on the binder. Then when i finish i went to microsft word and used labels and i printed them out. Kelly had to help me out when it was time to use the copy machine to print out the labels.  Then i  helped Yesi with filing in the employee files.

Osmara Zarate Today was a good day. I started of my day making a fighfighter department mailer. Then Linzie gave me a project to do. It took most of my day. It requiered me to google or search in wikipedia the corporate headquarters for each region and put them on a spread sheet. There were alot of confusions with the project. At the end I finally understood it. Overall my day went by very productive.

Jose Perez Today I worked with Amanda and co-workers.I leraned how to use a fax machine.I also had to file some things and do some work on the computer to get my morning work done.Then I went to marketing to do some work and use excel after I had luch and went back to work.

Osmara Zarate Today was a very good day. I started of my day renaming pictures. Then Amanda gave me a project to do.She gave me a magazine that contained the top 100 convenience stores. I had to Google their headquarters and put their contact information on a spread sheet. I did not finish, but I'll be coming in on Monday and I'll be able to finish them then. I also helped Amanda gather up 70 Ideal Group brochures, 2 dozens of the U of M catalogs, 70 business cards of Frank Venegas, and 70 newsletters. Amanda also took me to see the progress of the mural Tek is making. It's awsome! Overall my day was great.

What i did today at Ideal Group. First, I started by filing papers work.  Nexted, I helped Bob by hole punch some papers for the marathon project, and maded some copys for him.  During that time, I got really tired but I still did it and finished. When i gave him the folder he introduce me to his son.When i got back to Yessi, I helped her with the payrolling sheets.  When we finished,  she tought me a new thing.  I learnd how to print out a letter from Microsoft Word. At the end of the day, I met Frank.  I thought he was funny. He made me go around and say "hello" to all the employees, then shook thier hands.  That was my day at the Ideal Group..

Today was by far the busiest day here at Ideal. When I first arrived I got my backlog prepared before our weekly 8:30a.m. meeting. When we got there Sylvia had an agenda ready for us. On that agenda we reviewed alot of task's that we've done before and we went over how we can improve them. After the meeting Freddie and I started on our first task which was to go over all the GM contacts and we finished right before lunch time. Then at lunch Freddie brought in Chinese food :] which was too much but good! After lunch I put up the next Safety Meeting on the calendar, sent a couple emails to Loren and Al, and waited for Sylvia and Amanda to finish reviewing the letter we are using as a template to send to all the DHDC Gala attendees. That was the only task I didn't get to finish, but Freddie will work on it twice this week.                           ...
